How long does a restoration or repair take?
Most mail-in services are completed within about 5–7 business days of your PSP arriving, plus shipping. We'll keep you updated with photos so you're never left wondering.
Is shipping really included in the price?
Yes. Every mail-in service price already covers a prepaid, insured label to us and free insured shipping back to you, plus protective packaging. No surprise postage on your end.
Do you buy broken PSPs?
Absolutely — broken and for-parts units are exactly what we restore. Use the Sell Your PSP page for an instant offer. A dead PSP in your drawer is often worth more to us than to you.
What does the Firmware & Modding service include?
Custom firmware installation, homebrew setup, and storage upgrades so your PSP runs everything it's capable of. We set up the software and the hardware — you supply any game backups you legally own. We don't sell or pre-load copyrighted games.
Can my kids play my old games on it?
Yes — a restored PSP plays your original UMD discs just like it always did, and we're happy to walk you through getting set up so you can share it with your family.
What if I'm not happy?

How do I pay, and how do you pay me?
Purchases and services are paid securely at checkout. If you're selling us a PSP, we pay you the same day it arrives and is confirmed, by your preferred method.
